Since I started taking this type of Qunol Turmeric, my wrist and elbow pain has vanished. I was very skeptical at first--but it really worked for me!

I take it in the morning, with my other supplements. This is one of the best supplements in the world, We have plenty of inflammatory issues, that will be helped by this product.

I use the product daily and keep it refrigerated as recommended. Tastes better when chilled and mixed with a small amount of water. Not bad at all and very little texture or aftertaste.

It is the easiest turmeric I have used. The capsule are cheaper but sometimes it get stock on your throat, and you gag and need a lot of water to rinse the taste of turmeric.

Daily use in the morning to help reduce swelling in arthritic fingers. Can now go on my daily routines with little problem. Don't notice the swelling or pain any longer.
