Being a musician, I need to use my hands. Since I started taking Qunol Tumeric I have noticed much less pain in my hands while I'm playing. Take two capsules daily and I'm good to go!

The liquid is so much easier to take than the pills. I find it definitely works for aches and pains. I mix it with the liquid CoQ10 each morning and it tastes great.

We take Turmeric twice a day, and both are noticing so much grrat relief from back and arthritis pain. We have been taking it for over a year, and will continue to do so!

I was having lower back pain; when I would stand up or would have to bend over to do something it was painful. Often this kind of pain is caused from inflammation. Since I've started using this product I am experiencing much less discomfort.
