I take it for inflammation and give it to my dog for same reason plus pancreatic cancer. My dog has improved considerably so give it to him twice a day now

I actually started taking liquid Tumeric to help me with just clearing the fog out of my head every morning. It wasn't until a month in that I realized it was taking care of my arthritis as well!
