The first time I took this, I could tell I had more energy and I had a sore ankle and it feels better already. It tastes very good. I take a shot of it, or sometimes add it to my water bottle.

I have been taking Turmeric in capsule form for inflammation with no results. I purchased this Qunol liquid form and have experienced less inflammation and less pain from inflammation

I take one tablet per day,and along with QUNOL CoQ-10, my flexibility and mobility are noticeably improved. I'm 72 and that sort of freedom of movement and lack of pain are definitely a plus.

Love this stuff ! I've had stomach issues and can't digest the capsules very easy so am missing the benefit but this fixes that and can feel the difference !!
