I just started using this product...but have included it in my pain management regime in order to avoid going back on Opioid meds. Liquid form is super convenient and it tastes good. So far, it's helping!

This product has a daily dosage of two soft gels. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. They are very easy to swallow and absorb efficiently. There is no aftertaste. Best source of Tumeric that I have found!

I've been very happy with the product. I had 2 knee replacements 2 years ago. My knees have been swollen ever since. This really helped to relief some of the inflammation.
