I have had inflamation for a long time. Tried most of the regular products on the market. Then I tried Qunol Turmeric. Within days I had major relief and do not have any pain or restrictions any longer with my movements. Thumbs up to Qunol again.

I take it once a day in the measuring cap that comes with it. It has a taste that makes it easy to drink. Doesn't taste like turmeric. No side effects.

I've tried sevaral different Turmeric based products & Qunol Extra Strength is clearly the superior one. I take 2 tablets in the morning with breakfast & it eliminates my hip & knee pain for the rest of the day & night.

Highly recommend; works great at minimizing inflammation on a daily basis. People much younger than me seem to have more aches and pains. I exercise a lot and it seems to improve recovery as well.
