I take two capsules every day after breakfast. I helps me thru the day with inflammation specifically in the hip and lower back area. There is nothing I can say that I do not like about the product.

My husband and I have arthritis and have benefited greatly from this product. We've taken the pill form before, but have noticed a quicker response with the liquid version. Recommend this product to anyone suffering from inflammation of the joints.

I find the taste good but when combined with the coq10 it balances out. And has made my life better i dont feel as sluggish and out of it i feel more healthy. Of course the changed diet helped too :-)
