Take after a meal. When I stop using my hand seems to get stiff and then I start using it the stiffness seems to go away. My wife says it seems to help her joint stiffness.

I have Fibromyalgia and this is the best help I have found. Granted no sleep nothing much helps but for my everyday. I have to have this! It does make a difference even in the hard days to make sure I take this!
