i take 4 in a day. 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. I have used other brands before but noticed the results in about two weeks. Don't stop making this product. It works and I will continue to use this. Thanks for a great and effective product!

Just tried your product for the first time, but we are hopeful that it will be beneficial. We have been taking turmeric in capsule form and it has helped arthritis. Hoping this is a more powerful mixture.

I use this product with my black pepper pills to reduce inflammation and I feel they are such a great addition to my regiment. They absorb into my system more than others that would simply pass through the system without thorough absorption.

What happened to us was that there were 2 YELLOW capsules inside the bottle of the TAN extra strength turmeric soft gel pills. Don't know what they were?? No quality control I guess.

I use this product after lunch, 2 soft gel capsules. After first couple days I started feeling so much better I could not believe it. I even lost 5 lbs in my first week.
