I take Qunol daily and have really noticed a difference. My recent bloodwork with my doctor revealed my inflammatory markers were high and she recommended turmeric. I will definitely reorder this product.

I started taking the Turmeric and noticed a difference in the first week with my knee which has been giving me problem due to 3 surgeries. It just feels better as the inflamation is not as much which increased the flexability.

what is extra strength? I see turmeric capsules that have 1500mg. Suggestion on the measuring cup to have a red line on the 15mg, makes it easier to pour the amount.
