I never noticed a difference while taking this Turmeric., BUT when I ran out and didn't have it, I noticed a HUGE difference in my joint discomfort. I never run out anymore!

I started using Qunol a few weeks ago, I wanted to get off using Motrin. It's working really good. Glad to have a better option to fight inflammation.

I was using a "maximum strength" gummy.. After reading that a standard dose is 400mg per day, I checked the label on my gummies... only 270. Have now switched to Qunol... expect to see good results soon.
