Been very happy with gel caps. Great results. Worth the cost. Last bottle was capsules. Has an odor of stale onion or garlic powder. Caused some indigestion. Why is the capsule different and why is there a smell to it?

Only tried once. Can't rate quite yet. Took full strength undiluted and tasted nasty. Gonna try again in something else like my diet Peach Tea to go singles. That might be better.
