Take 2 per day. Label is misleading, implies each capsule is 1500 mg but recommended dosage is 3 capsules to get 1500mg. From what I have read most recommend 1000mg/day that's why I only take 2.

We have not taken Qunol for very long, but I can tell a difference already! My thumb joints have hurt for many years from work an now thy are starting to not.

I actually take Turmeric because it is a natural anti inflammatory. I have issues with tendonitis in my ankle and elbow. I noticed an improvement very soon after switching from another brand Turmeric I had taken for years to the Qunol brand.

This is the first Turmeric I've used and I have to admit that seeing one of the staff from "The Doctors" show on TV endorse the product was encouraging.
