Since I've been taking Qunol Tumeric over the pas two years I haven't been ill and I feel well and energetic. Not bad for someone in their 70's and still working.

I take one tablet in the morning and one tablet night. It helps with the absorption of other pills I take. Can't see anything wrong with this supplement.

After a few days of consistently taking this, that small annoying ache you get after sitting for too long is completely gone! It really works and I won't stop taking it.
