I used once daily and would not use another brand. No after taste and I have seen the results. 3rd month using it and keep a minimum of an extra bottle just in case.

I take one everyday. While I don't notice any difference in my physical state and I'm hoping it will offset my other unhealthy lifestyles like smoking and drinking. I wish it was less expensive. I'd like to try the liquid also.

Easy to take gel caps the tumeric helps inflammation in my joints.I bought this product with Qunol because it is better absorbed.This brand with Qunol works much better than my old brand.
