I've tried the spice and the supplements, for the last 3 years. The spice tasted horrible to me. This has a great taste and is absorbs much better. This is a great anti inflammatory source. I highly recommend this product.

Have bulging disk pushing on sciatic nerve. Turmeric has helped more than any of the RX I was prescribed. No side effects & forget during day that I have an issue bc more time than not no pain.

This product in the liquid form is so much easier to take than the huge pill. I put it in smoothie or just drink it with juice and water. It does not tast bad and does so much good for the aging body.

This is by far my favorite product of Quno. I love black pepper and this has that flavor just right. I prefer the liquid to the soft jell once. I would definitely recommend this Quno Liquid Turmeric.

I take this every day. I was having problems getting enough turmeric and now I don't worry. The only down fall is that the capsules are a little large, but so far I haven't had a problem swallowing them.

I workout twice a day and often stiff and sore in the morning. Since I've been taking Qunol Turmeric my use of acetaminophen has been greatly reduced and feel great in the morning.
