I take daily. I like that this is a liquid that is quickly absorbed. Even approved by naturopath. I will continue using this product. I have even shared some of mine as a sample to others and they use now.

There is nothing I can say bad about this stuff! My husband takes Qunol everyday! If he misses 1 day he starts feeling bad. This stuff is the bomb!! Keep up the good work with this product!

I started using turmeric after my orthopedic dr said it's a natural product (our own body produces it) and helps as a anti-inflammatory. I tried others but I love the quick absorption. It works great!
