I started the 1000 mg turmeric at the suggestion of a friend and was very surprised and delighted that it worked so quickly. I continue to take it and have confidence it will solve my problem.

I started this product a week ago and already have felt a difference in my body feeling better and less stiffness everyday. Easy to take and the improvement in my day is tremendous.

I have been running and heard tumeric can help with joint discomfort. I just started using it and finished a half marathon. I mix it with coq10 from qunol sometimes for the taste. My husband uses it now too
