After taking this now for only a week, I have noticed my arthritis symptoms go away or are not nearly as painful. I highly recommend this product if you feel stiff, or suffer from arthritis.

Your capsule of Turmeric is full of Turmeric powder outside of the capsule. Therefore when you touch it the powder gets all over your finger and whatever you touch after that. It stains clothes especially.
