Qunol Tumeric Ultra High Absorption is so easy to use. 2 in the morning and I'm set for the day. I don't have to remember to add it to my food or put it into my smoothie. This product is great.

Due to the amount of pain I experince from a bulging disc pressing on a nerve, I take double the amount recommended (1 Tbsp twice a day). The pain is so much better and I am sleeping much better, waking less since taking this formula.

After my husband had been using this he suggested I give it a try...and..."Oh My Goodness"...it has really helped my aches...being 73 and very active I take 2 capsules each morning and know it will help me get through all my activities!
