I have just started using this. I seem to already feel affects. It is a little chalky but doesn't taste bad. It is good to mix it with Gatorade or something. I will send more feedback in a couple weeks.

I take the 2 soft gels with my evening meal daily. I can definitely tell a difference when I don't take them. They have become part of my daily routine. I feel they work better than the ones I have purchased from my local health food store.
