In the AM for joint pain. My knees are bone on bone, my spine is virtually frozen from Arthritis and I have Paget disease but am mostly pain free. I sleep well at night with 8 good hours.

I just started taking this product. It is very easy to take in this convenient form. I will update in a couple of weeks after it has a chance to start working.

I am 60 years old and have had a couple of surgeries, so I needed something to give me some pain relief, my doctor told me about qunol .I have been taking it for a few months, I do notice some relief a long with working out.

I have been taking this product for 3 months now and I haven't taken any ibuprofen OTC nor naproxen since. I do my daily activities with very little or no pain in my knees after the 3-4 weeks of taking Qunol ES turmeric. It's awesome!

I take this product at lunch time as it is easier to take this when you are not at home to take the liquid turmeric. this way I can take it 3 times a day.
