I mix a little apple juice in the cup to make it a little more palatable. But it isn't bad. Just one swallow and its gonel I can't use any kind of nsaid, (allergic) so I'm hoping this natural anti inflammatory will help me.

I take this product for inflammation, and have used Tumeric of other brands before. This Brand made a huge difference, I noticed I immediately felt better after using this Brand of Tumeric.
