I have been taking Liquid Turmeric for about a month now. Do my knees feel better? I am not sure. I understand that product is surpose to help with anti-inflammatory conditions. Results are not in as of yet>

After purchasing a bottle of 30 and getting them home I read the instructions for 2 a day. What I hoped was a month supply is a day over 2 weeks. My bad for not looking at the label.

I suffer from lateral patella tracking in my left knee. I have been on this product for a week and can already feel a difference in the swelling in my knee.
