With the liquid it seems to work better. It helps the inflammation in my hand. I just take it in the morning and it seems to work most of the day.

This is a great product for me because I suffer with chronic pain, high blood pressure. this product has helped my my pain level to decrease and my blood pressure to drop it's a great product and I love it.
