I prefer to take liquids over tablets. This not only tastes great but i's magical. It has allowed me to walk with much less pain and inflammation

With the liquid it seems to work better. It helps the inflammation in my hand. I just take it in the morning and it seems to work most of the day.

This is an easy take supplement, tastes great. It can leave a difficult to impossible stain to remove.
