I've been looking for this option for awhile. Cooking with Turmeric can be pungent and only tastes good with certain foods. Liquid form changes that.

I take 2tbsp daily. Definitely notice reduced joint pain. Taking this with a dose of CoQ10 liquid has been very effective in maintaining good health!
