With the liquid it seems to work better. It helps the inflammation in my hand. I just take it in the morning and it seems to work most of the day.

I drink it by itself because it tastes pretty good. It has helped reduce inflammation in my knee and back!!!

Take this turmeric liquid daily. Easy administration and tastes great! Much better than taking a pill.
