I have used Termeric in gel capsule form for a long time and have gotten very good results but this Qunol liquid form of Termeric is much easier to take and seems to get absorbed faster the the capsules, I also find the results to be even greater then the pill form, I highly recommend this product.

I used Qunol to help prep for a medical procedure that I knew would produce a lot of swelling. Having this in my system beforehand & taking it religiously afterward has paid great dividends in the reduction of swelling. Flavor is tolerable and not overly sweet nor does it taste too much like liquid medicine. Will most likely add this to my daily arsenal of supplements for maintenance and support of overall health.

I regularly take Turmeric for its multiple health benefits, including brain health and inflammation response. Having recently injured my shoulder, I began taking 1000mg of Qunol Turmeric and noticed a significant improvement in response to the pain caused by inflammation. I switched from a lower dose of a different brand and Qunol definitely makes a difference. I'm sticking with Qunol, which clearly contains what is advertised.

On advice of a friend, I started taking Turmeric tablets. Not knowing which brand to buy, I was encouraged by the anti-inflammation information on the container and the 1000mg per water soluble capsule. After taking two capsules twice a day for a week, I noticed an immediate difference in joints. Rather than awakening stiff and sore, I have experienced little to no pain in my joints, back and feet. It has been great. I have my 84 yr old mother taking it now to help ease the inflammation in her knee joints and she is doing better. The capsules are large but melt fast, putting the turmeric into your blood stream quicker. I recommend that everyone give it a try.
