I take one or two tablets a day. I use it for arthritis and lower back pain. I just discovered this product two months ago and it has changed my life. I know longer have to take ibuprofen. Turmeric has reduced the inflammation to wear it is almost gone. I can lift weights and shovel snow, and my lower back pain is gone.

Suffered from joint swelling for yrs from inflammation. Started with another brand a yr 1/2 ago and Turmeric, in general, reduced the swelling. I just found the Qunol brand recently and bought a bottle. Since I already trust the Qunol brand, I trust their Turmeric to will have greater results than the other.

I have chronic inflammation in my spine due to AS. I refuse to take NSAIDs so when flare ups occur I have turmeric on standby. I saw this product and only tried it because I hadn't tried a liquid turmeric supplement before. I am truely impressed. Being a liquid it absorbs much quicker than capsules. I can't tell a difference in potentcy but the relief takes effect much much quicker than taking a handful of pills. The taste isn't bad either but I'm used to earthy supplements. Would recommend to others and buy again.

I will post another review when I see results or lack there of. Really hoping this works, as my mom takes it as well and has seen a great improvement with joint inflammation.

Take 15ml oral daily. Have inflammatory responses (including Hashimoto). Recent low back injury with muscle pain. After only a week, I am seeing some overall improvement of general inflammation throughout my body. Seems to also relieve some of the back pain. Much better way of getting Turmeric into my body!!

Was previously using another company extra strength turmeric. Needed to take six capsules a day and buy two bottles a month. This Qunol extra strength works just as well and I need to take only 2 capsules a day and buy one bottle every two months. The price for the Qunol is half of what I was paying before. I am taking this for arthritis in my hip. It reduces my pain 90% so that I have a little trouble to bend over and tie my shoes but can get around pretty good without taking anything else.
