I have been using this product daily for a week. I was worried the taste would be bitter, but its actually not bad at all and I take a teaspoon straight without diluting. So far its good. Hoping with some more time to feel the benefits in my knee joint.

I started using Qunol Tumeric a few short months back after some blood work showed an elevated inflammation level (SED rate marker was 78, normal range is 0- 30).
