I take the Turmeric daily in the morning and have been taking it for approximately 3 months. I started taking it for pain in my back. I didn't notice any change with my back pain, however I did notice a difference in the stiffness and aching in my hand caused by a Brain Hemorrhage 7 years ago. I'm so happy with the relief I've gotten from taking the Turmeric daily. I give this supplement 2 thumbs up!!

Everything about this product is superior. It truly does absorb better than anything I have ever used. Plus, I received a small packet of the turmeric and ginger powder and it is excellent as well. It stopped the Arthritis pain in my hands and lowered my blood pressure in just a few days. I use to buy the capsules but find the liquid easier to take and it tastes good to me. It may have other benefits but I also use liquid Qunol Coq10 which has improved my gums and made my dentist happy.

I take one capsule every day with a meal. I believe I have benefited from taking Qunol as it relates to inflammation. There have been no side effects from the supplement. The capsule is a little big and sometimes a little hard to swallow, but overall I believe this is the best Turmeric supplement on the market.
