I have been using this product for two years. I find it works exactly as it is supposed to. One thing about this brand is the quality and taste. I don't particularly like the taste of Turmeric nor the smell. This has a hint of vanilla and no detectable odor. I would highly recommend this as its benefits to one's health become apparent when you do not take it.

Follow the ounce instructions and you're done. I usually would drink it every morning when I would wake up and drink a cap full, by itself.

Maybe because I previously favored the soft gel capsules which take a while to dissolve in the body. This liquid tumeric works instantaneously. I was told by several people to try Turmeric to alleviate the inflammation, and pain. After trying several brands, with no positive results, I went ahead and tried the Qunol Extra Strength Turmeric, Ultra high absorption. What a difference! Finally a positive result after taking a supplement. Will purchase over and over again. Highly recommended. The pain is gone!!!!

When I saw the word "softgel" I assumed that this would be pliable however the capsule is totally rigid. It will depress slightly if you squeeze it very hard with your fingers. I tried to swallow this but after having it get stuck in my throat sideways two or three times I gave up. The capsules in the same milligram amount or excellent and very easy to swallow.

At 74 years of age turmeric has changed my life. I will admit buying off brand cheaper turmeric and have learned the hard way that the Qunol product is far better. Goodbye to aches and pains no matter where you hurt! Skip the OTC pain killers and switch to Qunol turmeric.
