I believe that the body absorbs liquids better than tabs and pills. I am a personal trainer and body builder, so I am in the gym 6-7 days a week. Since I've been taking this liquid turmeric I've noticed a huge difference in my joint stiffness and pain. I reccomend to all my clients as well and they love it just as much as I do! This is a great product, I take it daily and it helps prevent aches and pains that I used to have daily.
