I use one tablet in the morning and one at night and have had great results. I have chronic back pain and frequent knee and foot pain. While that hasn't disappeared, I find that things are a lot better the next morning. Recently I dropped all supplements temporarily to try to find if something was causing a problem. It didn't take long before I noticed an increase in my pain level, especially in the morning. Once I added the Qunol Turmeric back to my daily routine, things got better. It's not a cure but it definitely helps!

Seems to help with overall well-being, especially the all over aches I experience daily in my body, I use daily with your coq10 product—-it seems using them both daily have made a big difference. I've used other brands without the same results and now my son is using and agrees— he won't switch brands!

I was taking anywhere from 1600mg to 2400mg of Ibuprofen each day to help with pain.
