I've been having a lot of breakouts in the past six months and had to take Cortizone shots as well as prednisone and nothing seems to help until I started taking this every day in the morning and I notice that it started to clear up clear out my hives after a week less itchiness and inflammation for sure. Instead I tested the product and iced as well. The results were awesome. I highly recommend it. Also for my swollen arthritic index fingers I noticed a difference. I stopped the ibuprofen and it helped!

Orally with my RXs p and my other Vits/Mins -- in AM with breakfast ... I think the results after 90 days trying it are minimal for a person like me whose joints are profoundly worn... It may be more helpful to a person with more minimal damage... I would recommend it to others in that category but will probably not use it beyond the 180 day supply I got and also due to the expense in relation to more minimal results...

Once when the Qunol brand turmeric was sold out at the store, I had to resort to another brand of turmeric. Upon return to taking Qunol, the results were noticeable. Weeks later, I'm finding that my knees really ache. So in looking back that turmeric was helping and I didn't rrealize how much. So now I bought a second bottle, I'll feed you updated on how my knees are doing after I complete my second bottle.
