On advice of a friend, I started taking Turmeric tablets. Not knowing which brand to buy, I was encouraged by the anti-inflammation information on the container and the 1000mg per water soluble capsule. After taking two capsules twice a day for a week, I noticed an immediate difference in joints. Rather than awakening stiff and sore, I have experienced little to no pain in my joints, back and feet. It has been great. I have my 84 yr old mother taking it now to help ease the inflammation in her knee joints and she is doing better. The capsules are large but melt fast, putting the turmeric into your blood stream quicker. I recommend that everyone give it a try.

I have used this for a week now. I noticed less pain in my body joints within two days. I am a chronic pain patient that has had two spine surgeries. Have osteoporosis, my spine is twisted three different directions,osteoarthritis, and more spine issues that I care to list. I can see good reasons for taking this less-than-delicious looking mixture. First, the liquid may be more quickly digested. Second, cell-level affects may activated more immediately. I think it is a better idea than powder-filled capsules, but the orange flavoring needs some further flavor development and the oddly oily looking surface of the liquid is not appealing..

My husband and I both started taking this last summer when he broke his tibia.
