I take 2 capsules every morning after breakfast. I have had bad inflammation now for quite some time leading to chronic pain with arthritis. It has only been 2 weeks but I am thinking that I can now hobble around without my walker. Qunol is the only thing different that I'm doing. I gave a 4 star instead of 5 only because I am not 100% convinced its the Qunol yet. Will review every time I finish a bottle, which is every 2 weeks. Here's hoping......

As an active duty service member with 24+ years beating up the body I think I can speak to wanting a product that can relieve inflammation and pain.I have been dealing with numerous injuries to the back (disks) knees, shoulders, hips, feet, and everyday pain. I had been taking turmeric in the pill form and happened upon this product. I'm about 3/4 of the way through this bottle and I have to say I have noticed a difference. I still have pain and always will but I have significantly noticed a difference. I stopped all other pain relievers and vitamins to gauge the effectiveness of this product and it does work. Eventually I will also resume those to find the right combination to further reduce my pain. I personally like the taste (reminds me of sweet potato with a hint of pepper). I will be purchasing more and continue using this product. I recommend you give it a try. What do you have to lose?

I'm so happy this product taste good. I look forward to it being part of my daily supplement and really enjoy the taste. I've been only taking it for a week, but my skin looks great and bright. I'm also finding it helps with my joint pain. I feel more fluid, less achy in the morning and evening and have more spring in my step.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take this product daily, mostly 1-2 per day. I have been diagnosed with cancer and fibromyalgia and take this to help with inflammation. My oncologist is ok with that. Going to start taking more and see what happens. Not looking for a miracle cure, but that would be nice. Easy on the tummy and easy to swallow.

I take it daily for chronic pain. I have cervical disc disease which causes pain in my neck and shoulders. Prior to surgery I had to discontinue it for several days,and I could really tell the difference. After surgery (3 herniated discs fused) I am much better, but still have some pain which I can manage with tumeric instead of having to take NSAIDs.

I have used Termeric in gel capsule form for a long time and have gotten very good results but this Qunol liquid form of Termeric is much easier to take and seems to get absorbed faster the the capsules, I also find the results to be even greater then the pill form, I highly recommend this product.

The taste of the liquid Turmeric was one I needed to get accustom to...but recognize how it has helped with the pain I have been having in my back is a big plus. After some visits to the chiropractor, a lot of my pain was gone. Unfortunately I still had some residual pain from spasms happening from time to time in my upper back. A few days after taking Qunol liquid Turmeric I noticed a diminish in my pain from the spasms. What a blessing of relief this has been.

I suffer from a painful elbow joint. I think the nerve is being pinched due to inflammation. I have heard about the wonderful healing effects of Tumeric. The liquid tumeric gets into the system very quickly, and actually tastes pretty good. Definitely taste better than it looks.

I thought that the taste would be "bitter" but to my surprise, it was not. Due to being in liquid form, it is absorbed faster and less time in your stomach that traditional tablets. I take mine straight, not in any liquid and it's flavor is very pleasing. Thank you for a great product.

I take this product with the rest of my vitamins every morning. I noticed a change in my finger joints. I fall trees and buck them up to split for firewood. My hands use to be in so much pain by the end of the day my joints swollen to where it was hard to bend my fingers. Since taking this I don't have the problem or at least I don't notice the pain and I do go longer at my work now.
