I take one capsule every day with a meal. I believe I have benefited from taking Qunol as it relates to inflammation. There have been no side effects from the supplement. The capsule is a little big and sometimes a little hard to swallow, but overall I believe this is the best Turmeric supplement on the market.

Take it twice a day, sometimes mid day also, depends on pain level. Been off OPIODS for at least half a year or more!! I have RA, OA, Cervical and Lumbar injuries, went thru a shoulder, rotator cuff and bicep surgery, migraines and sleep deprivation. THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN SO AWESOME!! I tested the difference between the pain meds and this after surgery and THIS PRODUCT WON HANDS DOWN FOR EVERYTHING!! Pain level so much better, energy and strength better, and sleeping better!!! I would recommend this to everyone that could take this product if not allergic to ingredients. Backed by all of my doctors as well

Love this particular form for taking turmeric! I have tried the free samples of the powder that are usually included in the package and I'm not a huge fan (very strong taste). I find swallowing capsules so much easier. I've been taking this for over a year and have noticed a significant improvement in overall ability to move and a reduction of my joint pain. I have taken other turmeric products, mostly powdered turmeric in capsules, and I definitely noticed that Qunol turmeric has made so much more of a difference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After about a year of trying turmeric supplements and practically every brand out there including Qunol, my search is over and I've found the best by far, Qunol. Some of the other brands I didn't tolerate well experiencing an upset stomach or abdominal cramps but not with Qunol. Maybe because Qunol is the most soluble turmeric supplement out there indeed, I have zero side effects and my knee and calf swelling is noticeably reduced when taken according to directions of two capsules a day. Thank you for a truly great quality product and I will buy no other than Qunol.

I was extremely happy with this purchase. So far I have no complaints, and I do not anticipate any arising. I have noticed a decrease of inflammation and it is an easy part of my morning routine. Adding it to smoothies is a fun change of pace. The taste is great on its own, or adding it to a drink gives it an orange taste. Overall this is a great product and something I plan on making sure is a part of my daily routine indefinitely.

I take the softgels daily in the morning. I dumped the softgels on my bed spread to count them to see how many I had left and that was a mistake. They bleed yellow and each time I wash the bed spread it is less noticeable but it will be sometime yet.

I have found that this product does reduce muscle and low back pain after my workouts noticeably. It is easy to take as the soft gel capsules are smooth and easy to swallow. I have not experienced any undesirable side effects from taking this product for over two years now.

Within about 2 weeks it was apparent that it was definitely helping my pain. Back to taking it and looking forward to getting relief again.
