I have noticed an appreciable improvement in my damaged joints. Normally a storm like winter storm Harper would make me nearly non-functional. I love the taste of turmeric and ginger in my food,but if you do not like it this would be beneficial to you without the actual taste. I personally wish it had a little more flavor or one or the other spices, but it is still a good tasting product. My mom loves it because it is not strong and because she does not know how good it is for her.
