I normally use the liquid Qunol Turmeric but ordered some of the capsules to compare. It is easier to bring a few capsules along while I am driving for work during the day to maintain a constant level in my system. The capsules have worked as well as the liquid version and I am pleased with the results. Positives would be convenience and I don't have any negatives. It works and I have really tried everything to get relief but this has been the best natural pain relief for me.

Need to have hip replacement surgery due to arthritis. Have been taking this product now for a year along with water exercises to help lower pain and keep moving comfortably. Know i wouldn't have made it this long avoiding surgery without two of these tablets everyday. Thanks!

Had some problems with knee and piriformis inflammation and pain. Started using this product and it seemed to subside. Stopped using after I had consumed the container and symptoms returned. No other lifestyle or dietary changes during that period other than the Turmeric. Also use CoQ10 from Qunol.

My bottle of Qunol liquid Tumeric lasts me two months. This replaces my adding turmeric to my daily juicing. It eliminates the staining, and also I can make a fruity juice without the distinct flavor of turmeric. On the taste aspect - I wish I could drink more daily; sooo good!

I place the required amount, just a small cap-full, in my morning hot or cold tea, and it adds a nice spicy flavor. I'm so glad that its not another pill to swallow and that it is so easy to take. I feel that I'm helping my joint inflammation and that my sciatic doesn't act up as often.
