I take 2 capsules at lunch time. I had lots of pain and burning in my thumb. Haven't had much burning after a few doses of this. The pain in the joint is not as bad either.

Mix it with V8 every morning. Very good as an anti dementia supplement. South Asians have far less incidence of it. Also take Qunol with the evening meal. Great combination. -- the two of them!
