[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this after a friend told me to try it because my knees hurt so bad when working out tht I almost couldn't do it anymore. It's been about 2.5 months and I have zero pain! Sometimes I even forget to put my knee braces on because I feel soo good!

I ordered this product and the liquid CoQ 10 at the recommendation of a total stranger who overheard me complaining about inflammation and pain in my knees, hands. After about a week I didn't notice any difference but my husband sure did! He commented that he didn't know what I did but I had been limping around with knee pain for so long and all of a sudden I was zipping around the house doing the things I used to without limping and being very productive. Several days later I forgot to take it for 2 days then my knee and shoulder began to hurt again. That is when I actually realized how much it was helping! Thank you for a wonderful product!

Straight from the company, you'd think they would send the freshest. I had some "old" that I had bought over a year ago (from a different seller) that had a later expiration date than the stuff Qunol sent me recently! Their 'new' product expiration date was around 6 months.

I've been taking (2) 1000mg of Turmeric daily for the past three years. If I over do it during the day (working or exercise) and my joint start aching I'll take two more at night. Great product!
