I tried turmeric tea and cooking with turmeric but I don't like the taste. I had read that consuming it as food is better than capsules. I believe this liquid form to be superior to capsules and I even like the taste. I sometimes add it to smoothies.

I have been battling with joint pain in both my knees and also have plantar factitious in both feet and have issues with my Achilles and I can say since I have changed to Qunol turmeric I can tell a difference in my pain as it has decreased my pain level and helps me get through most of my work day.

I was extremely happy with this purchase. So far I have no complaints, and I do not anticipate any arising. I have noticed a decrease of inflammation and it is an easy part of my morning routine. Adding it to smoothies is a fun change of pace. The taste is great on its own, or adding it to a drink gives it an orange taste. Overall this is a great product and something I plan on making sure is a part of my daily routine indefinitely.

I was taking turmeric pill supplements that, in truth, are easier (less messy) to take. However, I like the immediate flavor boost I get from the liquid Qunol. I add it to my vitamin powder drink, and enjoy the taste. I wondered if it wasn't working to relieve my inflammation from osteoarthritis, so I laid off for a day. There was a significant increase in my pain, which convinced me that Qunol was working for me. I take it faithfully every day, and I am on my second bottle. What could improve this product is a built-in measure-and-pour dispenser. Although the liquid does not stain my hands, I feel that it can be me messy. I take great care in cleaning the cup and around the cap. A built-in measure dispenser would be an ideal way of administering this product more neatly.

I bought the liquid form because I am believer that it absorbs better. I like the taste and find it easy to digest. At this point I will need to take for a few weeks to see if I notice any difference . I suffer from tremendous back pain radiating to my leg and am hoping it's antiinflamaory qualities will work for me . Full story soon .

i have taken this product for over 2 months and notice a big difference in my joints, especially my knees. I can climb the stairs now more quickly and without pain. I also notice a difference in my acid reflux; have it much less now. I am so sure of its benefits that I ordered some for my daughter, who lives in another state. I have told my friends (who are my age) about it and they are now taking it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a diabetic and have nerve issues especially in my right heel. I walk three miles a day so the nerve gets irritated from the back of my shoe. As long as I take my Qunol every day I don't have any issues with it. It also helps with inflammation of my right shoulder, as I have a calcium spur and rotator cuff issues. It helps with the pain as it keeps the inflammation in check. I just gave some to my son who has tendonitis in his right elbow from repetitive motions at work. I am anxious to see if it helps him.
