I have been having a lot of pain in my hands from arthritis. My fingers would get stiff and sometimes would not close because of the pain. A friend suggested that I try turmeric to help with the inflammation. So I did some research and decided to try Qunol and I am glad that I did. My hands do not hurt hardly at all and my fingers bend for me when I need them to grasp something without pain. I cannot take Motrin and Tylenol does not help and I needed something for the pain and I am glad that I tried Qunol Turmeric! I take one a night!

I have used this product just recently for the past two months and the results are amazing. I have suffered from inflammation through fitness and injuries and this product has saved my life in a way. Purchased in effort to help myself, as I suffer from some upper intestinal tract problems and GERD. And for my husband, you suffers greatly with IBS. Tastes decent and that's saying A LOT because I usually gag on most supplemental type things. So far, improvements noted by both of us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is an expensive Turmeric dietary supplement. I cut open a capsule, to my surprise it is a paste. Most Turement supplents are either tablets, powder or liquid. I suffer from severe GRD, as most of the supplents have pepper for bioavailiablity. Qnol has not given inmformation how it is made. I can tolerate it better.

Great taste. Does not need to be diluted at all. I just started taking it, so I can't say if I've noticed a difference in how I feel. However, I do know that tumeric and curcumin have amazing health benefits. Please note that since curcumin is fat soluble, it is best taken when eating a fatty meal.

Seems that since I started taking this my pain has gone down from a 5 to a 1. I am hoping this product is making my inflammation go down.

Also, when I would sit for a period of time (eating in a restaurant) I had difficulty with my legs and felt like I looked like a very old woman walking out. Within a week after taking Turmeric I could tell a difference! I now can get up and down with no pain. This product has been life changing for me.

I'm a new user of this product. Turmeric was suggested to me as a possible way to help lower my blood pressure. (No results as of yet, but it's only been a week) I really wanted to say that the taste is great, way better than expected, as I've just been trying to add powdered turmeric to all my food.
