I used this for 7 weeks & I lost 10 lbs. Inflammation has gone down to zero. There was an accidental spill & it dyed the counter, the washcloth, & the clothes that I washed with the washcloth. My fault--but beware...it did make me rethink if it was dying my teeth? I learned to take this midday before my typical afternoon tiredness & for once I didn't feel like taking a nap at 2 PM because it revs up my energy levels. Overall, an excellent product!!

Originally purchased the product and starting taking it for inflammatory properties of turmeric and joint health. Have been taking the product for four months (twice daily) and my knees are feeling much better.
