Just started taking this, but I know turmeric has made a difference to me in other forms. The liquid allows me to take a consistent amount daily without having to cook with it. It doesn't taste bad alone, so I can skip the mixing into other liquids, which makes this easy for an early morning start.

Perhaps I would choose 5 stars after completion of this 1st bottle. I chose 4 now because the product makes sense to me, being liquid and in regards to absorbability. The taste is actually pretty good! I can shot it straight no problem. And, I think the price is reasonable, assuming it to be an effective product.

Taste is okay, and this stuff is powerful. It definitely gets absorbed. I began taking a dose every 12h, but after five days, noticed my fingers were leaving yellow turmeric stains everywhere -- counter, toothbrush handle, etc. I cut back to one dose a day and that's all I need. Feel generally better in terms of daily aches and muscle soreness.

I was lose-jointed in my youth. Years of inflammation brought stiffness and lack of flexibility. Qunol Turmeric has restored a surprising amount of flexibility especially to my hands. I would not be without the two Qunol Turmeric softgels I take daily!

I started taking Qunol as a health supplement. I'd previously researched Turmeric and read about the importance of ingesting it with black pepper extract to enhance absorption. I was pleased to see this product had everything in ready-to-use form. I chose to take the liquid version becUse it's also supposed to be easier to digest and absorb. Anytime you take a liquid supplement, you fear he flavor but this was actually pretty pleasant. Kind of a mango flavor.

The liquid turmeric really helps with my minor back pain. I used to wake up every morning feeling a little pinch in my back. The pain went away after I started taking this product for 4 weeks or so. I didn't give a 5-star rating because the product's effectiveness and taste was inconsistent. I was really happy with my first bottle of turmeric. But the second bottle seems to be less effective (my back pain comes back from time to time). And the second bottle also tastes a little more gingery which I don't really like.

Hard to tell if there is a difference from the usual turmeric capsules I have been taking for years. But major problem is that turmeric stains countertops badly and is very difficult to clean off. For the past two years, I've taken two Qunol Tumeric Softgels daily. Unlike many dietary supplements, This product actually does what it purports to do. It has significantly helped my joint health by reducing inflammation and lessening my discomfort. It works for me and I'm a very satisfied customer.

I have developed Carpal Tunnel in my right wrist/hand. I had it 30 years ago and was able to get around surgery with large amounts of Vitamin B complex. But, it came back not long ago, several months where I would wake up early in the morning like 3 or 4 o:clock and my hand felt like it was on fire or like it had a multitude of pins sticking in it. I could not go back to sleep... This made the next day tough to say the least. I read up on the alternatives and found the best suggestion was Turmeric as an anti-inflammatory antioxidant. That the Qunol supplement was the fasted absorbing. So I went to several stores to find it and every where I went but one was sold out. The one place that had it was almost twice the price as elsewhere so I ordered it and within a week with certain stretching exercises the pain disappeared. I ran out of the Quinol Turmeric and within a couple weeks the problems came back though not as severe as before. The Turmeric did obviously help. Went out to the Grocery and found the Qunol Turmeric in stock and bought it again. Within days the pain disappeared again and it has been great for that. I trust the Qunol product for results...
