I begin each day with two pills for breakfast. I started to notice a difference in my physical therapy recovery times about a week after using Qunol. I always have aches and pains and am on my feet all day. A friend recommended Qunol Extra Strength Turmeric to me and I feel so much better. To test it I went off it for awhile and realized it definitely made me feel better so I immediately went back on it. I take it twice a day one in the morning and one at night.

I used to be very stiff in the mornings and my joints ached. It was hard to get started. It was hard to do simple things like put my arm into a long sleeved shirt. I take 2 capsules every morning after breakfast. I have had bad inflammation now for quite some time leading to chronic pain with arthritis. It has only been 2 weeks but I am thinking that I can now hobble around without my walker. Qunol is the only thing different that I'm doing. I gave a 4 star instead of 5 only because I am not 100% convinced its the Qunol yet. Will review every time I finish a bottle, which is every 2 weeks. Here's hoping......

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have taken the capsules but the pleasant taste of the liquid is not bad. I take my shot of liquid turmeric in the morning with my vitamins. They all go down easier with a small glass of grape juice. Don't get the liquid on your fingers as it will stain them yellowish orange. It washes off easily. I'm testing it out for effectiveness. Finished the bottle the other day now wait and see. You know if its working if the pain in my joints come back or was it just being quarantined and off my feet. So far feel great. It's pricey so I want to make sure it is effective.

Sometimes I run out of it and it might be a few weeks before I get anymore, and do I ever notice the increase in pain and swelling in my joints when I do not have it. It has helped me a great deal. I think I might try some of the other turmeric products in hopes they might help even more.
