I have terrible joint pain in my hips, knees, and shoulders. Also lower back pain. So far I have gotten relief mainly in my hip, and shoulders. I heard turmeric was good for inflammation but wasn't sure what type of inflammation since inflammation affects different parts of the body. After a few days I noticed 2 specific improvements. My knees were much less achy and my feet/ankles didn't swell during the heat like they usually do in summer.
