I take this supplement twice a day. I tolerate it well and have not noticed any side effects or digestive issues. I am an avid tennis player and play several hours a day. I have recently experienced some muscle strains and soreness and some mild tendon irritation. After several weeks of taking this supplement I feel that the inflammation is decreasing.
