I take one capsule daily and I feel that it helps keep me active and limber. After being housebound over the winter because of the covid lockdown, I was concerned that it would be difficult to become active again when the spring yardwork and cleanup began I was more than happy to notice that tired muscles and joints from the work did not last more than a few hours, and I spent many hours for several days in a row. If it is the Qunol tumeric that is responsible for that, I'll never stop taking it.

I have just started taking turmeric made by qunol. I don't know exactly how it will help but it has the good name of qunol so I have a distinct feeling but this may help the inflammation that I bring upon myself through my diet, & physical activities. I am a very active 64 year old but sometimes I pay a higher price than I'd like to with my activity.

I just started using this as I've been useing the Qunol CQ10 for quite some time. I am hoping to be as happy with this product as I am with the Qunol CoQ10. It appears,so far, that the arthritis in my hands feels alot less painful than with the use of other brands of Tumeric. Fingers crossed!!
