I like that this product is offered in a liquid format. It's easy to take, taste great and it's absorbed into the body much more efficiently. I also like the large size which eliminates the need to constantly stock my refrigerator since it last 90 days. It's natural, it's easy, it taste good and it's good for me - - what more could I ask for.

I've had several joint surgeries in the last 10 years, and I must say that the liquid Turmeric is most beneficial for me. I was in a car accident about 2 months ago, and started taking Turmeric to reduce the inflammation in my body from the whiplash and rib damage. I'm only giving this 4 stars because I'm not sure how much the Turmeric has contributed to my recovery...but I am getting better and I believe that reducing inflammation is one of the reasons.

My joints are very flexible and I'm not in the pain I was experiencing before. This product has help me tremendously. I workout with weights 5x per week. I suffer from muscle pain and stiffness due to inflammation. Sometimes it keeps me from working out. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use 500 mg mornings and same early evening. Large pill but easy to swallow. No taste. Bottle says 1000 mg which I was prescribed, but that is for two pills. I feel it should say 500 mg for accuracy.

My background: 25 year-old female with PCOS and long history of depression. I am taking it for anti-inflammatory and nootropic properties of turmeric.
